Usually, I like to create something for myself, and if it is worth it to publish somewhere, I do it as well. This is also why do I change my avatar to something new and fresh, that makes me satisfied, and people are all like wth is this, is this a new drawing? No, it never will be released, and believe me, I always have some things to hide. But I have to say, if I draw something for myself, that really improves my drawing skills from time to time. If I make certain things again and again, it goes better after each try, and possible masterpieces may appear. I am not professional, to be certainly honest, however... if I go really insane, I can do a lot of masterpieces. That's what happened with each idea or even own characters which I created.

Redrawing is also a common thing for now, I can do that as well, if I do not feel satisfied enough with results, if I ask myself a little question: is this a cow ("ugly", "too simple", "not good looking"...) or a human?

As a bonus (read next)... I would like to tell you which programs do I use for drawing:

Macromedia Flash MX 2004

Adobe Photoshop CS2

Infinite Painter for Android OS

I draw in Macromedia Flash MX 2004 to make my drawings coloured. I have to say, this is very ancient version of Adobe Flash, however, those times it was almost perfect tool to create games, animations, vectorized drawings. Adobe had complaints about the interface of MX 2004, and after the release of it, Adobe bought the company Macromedia for 3,4 billion dollars of USA. But Macromedia's product is still a thing, still working on modern Win32+ operational systems. I use it as my primary environment for vectorizing of pictures.

Adobe Photoshop is always good for adding effects after I did vectors.

And Infinite Painter. No, only this program, because it always feels comfortable in any aspects, starting from sketching and up to final effects and polishing. Way too easy to control your pencil or brush, it is like drawing on paper but with more choices available. You can just draw something, or switch to different lazy options, and program will do some simple forms for you. 3D-scaling also exists, also a helpful thing in some cases. There are many more tools, so I definitely recommend #infinitepainter to any Android users. The main developer is very responsive too, he answered all my questions about what do I use in Infinite Painter, and I like the support, he also periodically releases updates.

And yes, I did not forget about pencil and paper. If I improve my skills in Android phone, despite of that, it does not mean I cannot do similar things on actual paper.
