Tempest Shadow says 'Hi' (my first attempt)

Never watched this character in action before, but really wanted to draw somehow. Found some rare vectors of her and made my first drawing in Microsoft Paint (did used Wacom CTL-671 tablet and A4 Tech Bloody device as usual), then added effects and fixed the looking of her in Adobe Photoshop. So, yeah... this is my first attempt of re-creating Tempest Shadow from scratch
